Order Deadline: All catering orders and menu finalizations must be received by 11:00 AM at least 48 hours prior to the Event.
Special Menus: Some selections require longer notice; substitution may be necessary based on seasonal availability.
Rush Orders: Orders placed within 48 hours are subject to a Rush Order Fee of $25.00 and limited product availability.
Event Reservation and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the Event date and will be applied to the final balance.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for the Event must be settled in full fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the Event.
Guest Count and Change Order Policy
Final Guest Count: The Client must provide a final, guaranteed guest count no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the Event.
Change Orders: Any additional add-on items or services from the original Agreement are due no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the Event. Any changes made within 24 hours of the Event are subject to a $25.00 Rush Order Fee.
Catering Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Due to logistical demands, advanced staffing, and procurement of fresh ingredients involved, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation 14 Days or More Prior to Event: A full or partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits or pre-purchased items) may be possible, or the Event can be rescheduled, at the sole discretion of the Caterer and as discussed during the booking process.
Cancellation Within 14 Days of Event: If the Event is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date, no monies paid to date will be refunded. All pre-purchased food, labor, and materials are the Client’s expense.
Rescheduling: Within the fourteen-day cancellation period, clients may inquire about rescheduling to an available date. While refunds are not possible, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability and potential price adjustments.
Contact: All cancellation or change requests must be made in writing via email and will be effective upon receipt.
